Era Flip Tumblers are 100% leakproof with cold beverages and iced carbonated beverages when in the locked position. Not recommended to be used in the locked position with hot beverages. Using a 50% ice to liquid ratio is recommended when using carbonated beverages with your Era Flip.

Shipping time will take approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Please Note processing times for certain items will vary.
- Rings - we do not stock rings in sizes. Each ring will be sized to order, which takes 7-10 business days to be done before being shipped out.
- Monogram & Family Jewelry- The items are custom and take 3-4 weeks to be made before being shipped out.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kennedy@roussels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
